Start at the Club
A meal at a house can be wonderful, but hosting it means aligning a venue, a menu, a caterer, a bar, staff, equipment, timing and cleanup around everyone’s tournament plans. At the Club, guests eat, meet and move between spaces without one fixed dinner schedule.
The applicable membership brings food and premium beverages together with the Club setting and the current entertainment, so there is no need to create a separate catered meal for a standard Club gathering. For clients and colleagues this is more than feeding a group — people connect before the course, between plans or after golf. Programme details vary by date, and concierge will confirm the right membership access for your group.
Begin together with Mornings at Club Magnolia™ and breakfast from 6:00 to 10:30 AM. Choose a Full Day, Multi-Day or Weekly membership when the Club should be your base across more of the week. For an after-golf group Wednesday to Sunday, Club Magnolia 19™ begins at 5:00 PM and runs until close, with dinner, premium beverages and the current entertainment. Each experience follows its own access rules and daily programme.
Need a reserved room, a hosted reception or a space for an executive group? Tell concierge what you are planning. The Club has bookable private spaces and can discuss a separate group arrangement where dates and capacity allow.
Sometimes the home is the right setting. Concierge can arrange catering drop-off, a private chef or in-home meal, bartenders and servers through an appropriate provider. For a larger private or corporate group, a dedicated manager or coordinator can be stationed at the home. Tell us the address, the dates, the guest count and the level of support you need — the exact duties, service hours and any overnight presence are set out in a proposal, not assumed.
