One address for the club, another for the paperwork. 1023 Magnolia Drive is the property itself — the gate, the valet stand and Registration. Our sales office sits in Atlanta, and that is where contracts, deposits and post are handled. Please do not send documents to the Augusta address; nobody is there outside tournament week.

Getting here
Open the route you are driving. Every one of them finishes the same way — the Club Magnolia sign on your left, and a valet already walking toward the car.
Drive times are approximate and assume ordinary conditions. Tournament week traffic on Washington Road is not ordinary conditions; add thirty minutes to anything arriving between 07:00 and 09:00, and tell your concierge your expected arrival so the gate is expecting you.
Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) is served by regional carriers with connections through Atlanta and Charlotte. Carrier and schedule information is verified each season — ask your concierge before booking, and we will arrange the car to meet the flight.
The first ten minutes
From the moment the car stops to the moment you have a drink in your hand is about ten minutes, and only one of them involves paperwork.
Arriving as a group? Send the manifest ahead and Registration will have every credential printed, sorted and waiting in a single wallet.
One
From 05:30 · every day of the week
Stop at the gate and step out. Coaches and passenger vans are directed to the coach lane; everything else is parked by our team. Your ticket is texted to you, so there is nothing to lose in a jacket pocket.
Two
Opens 06:00 daily
Your name, your photograph and your day. The printed credential goes around your neck and the same pass drops into Apple or Google Wallet, so a lost lanyard is an inconvenience rather than a morning ruined.
Three
Open whenever the club is open
Course rules are stricter than ours. Leave phones, bags, cameras and anything else you cannot carry through the gates with us — tagged, locked and returned on the same ticket when you come back for lunch.

Staffed from 06:00 to close
Tee times, dinner tables, barbershop slots, a car to the airport, a quiet room for a call. Everything the member app can do, a person at this desk can do — and the desk is where most of it still happens.
Parking & valet
Our valet team parks anything you arrive in — cars, mini vans, SUVs, RVs, limousines, passenger vans and full coaches. Tell us the vehicle and the arrival window and the lane will be clear when you pull in.
Valet is the only amenity at Club Magnolia that carries an additional charge. Everything else inside the gates — food, bars, entertainment, the barbershop, the simulators — is included with membership.
The Club Magnolia shuttle runs to and from the course continuously through the day. You do not need your car once it is parked, and drivers of chartered coaches are looked after in their own lounge.
Rates are confirmed at booking. Valet pricing is set each season and appears on your confirmation — we do not publish a figure that may be out of date by spring.

Hours
Doors at six in the morning, last call somewhere well after dinner. These are the published hours for the week.
If the course is delayed, we open earlier, not later. On a weather delay the clubhouse and grounds open one hour before the course gates, whatever time that turns out to be. Hours are subject to change; your concierge confirms the day before.
